Elizabeth Fox-Doerr’s oldest son Nathaniel Guthrie took the stand on day three of his mother’s murder trial.
He was asked about a key piece of evidence, the sympathy card sent by Larry Richmond Sr. and Fox-Doerr’s sister Amanda Filmore.
The card was sent after Robert Doerr was murdered.
Guthrie told the courtroom inside the card was a note written in pencil that read “We need to talk”.
Also taking the stand was a criminal investigator from the cybercrime task force and several experts going over Robert Doerr’s wounds.
There has been no word on if Fox-Doerr will give her testimony.
